Counter Manager – Kitchen/ Food Counter

My Journey with Japan Centre Group began in 2010, as an Umai Kitchen Assistant in Regent st. When we moved to Shaftesbury Avenue, I was promoted to Kitchen Assistant Manager. We then relocated to Panton Street, where I was promoted to Production and Sales Manager. At present, I am the Counter Manager in Ichiba


The people, the working environment and the opportunity that the company offers us for growth and development of our skills and knowledge across the company and at the same time develop us personally are some reasons that kept me for so long in the company.


When it comes to my personal interest I love exploring new places and new food.
