I joined Japan Centre in my late teens as an Online Admin Assistant, tasked with writing product descriptions for Japanese groceries and ceramics sold on japancentre.com. 

Now as Online Manager, I support our large and friendly Online team handling digital marketing, customer service, order processing and fulfilment.
