I started working for Japan Centre Online in 2016 after moving from Tokyo to London – it was great to get a chance to work with Japanese colleagues and be surrounded by lots of Japanese products in our warehouse, it made me feel like still being in Japan. I first started out as a customer service assistant, stepped up to CS lead and was then promoted to customer service manager here in Japan Centre Online.
