Head Chef (Heddon Yokocho) – Kitchen/ Food CounterMy name is Hom Thapa, originally from Nepal. I arrived in the UK in 2016 and began my career as a Kitchen Assistant at Shoryu Covent Garden. After a few years, I was promoted to Sous Chef. Spending six years at Covent Garden, I wanted to learn and experience new things so move to Pantom Yokocho to pursue new experiences. After a year, I was promoted to Head Chef at Heddon Yokocho.
