I’m a trained sake sommelier, passing the Kikizake shi as sake sommelier in 2014. I have also attended a sake making course in 2014.

My passion is to provide the very best customer service which is tailored to each individual need.  

My motto is omotenashi which is the spirit of unconditional Japanese hospitality that should be a memorable and pleasant experience for all customers.
