Wesley began his Japan Centre career in 2016 as part of the Yatai team, serving fresh made Takoyaki in Central London. During his professional development within the business, he has joined and helped build up multiple departments such as Bakery, Shop Floor and Marketplace, in which he gathered experience and knowledge of Japanese food. In 2022, he took the lead as Store General Manager. Wesley believes in a one team approach and tries to promote a cooperative environment to extract the best of the whole team.
