Gyoza Chef

Division/Department: Kitchen

Work Location: Ichiba

Working hours: 40 hours a week- Full time, Permanent, 10:00-21:00

Pay: £10/ hour

Reporting to : Kitchen Manager

Job Purpose: As Gyoza Chef, your main responsibility is the production of gyoza dumplings by hand and assistance of fresh counter team in the preparation of meals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience making gyozas
  • Passionate about cooking
  • Work well alone, as well as a strong team player 
  • Person who enjoys working in fast pace restaurant;
  • “Can do” attitude and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Eager to learn;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
